Our clients for this project had a unique vision to construct a generational legacy property on the shores of Lake Champlain. Two adjacent properties were merged creating a canvas for the ambitious project involving a main house, guest house, car barn, as well as pool and spa. Extensive coordination with our design partners, utility companies, and vendors facilitated a new layout that seamlessly integrates the new structures within the surrounding environment.

The main house was designed around high performance. The shell was constructed using double stud walls filled with dense pack cellulose, complemented by wood fiberboard exterior insulation. Triple-pane windows and doors ensured optimal energy efficiency and soundproofing against the strong winds prevalent along the lake. The entire property was equipped with a geothermal heating and cooling system and features full automation to provide one central system controlling climate, security, lighting, and audio.

The interior of the house features a range of amenities, including a home gym, sauna, Full Swing golf simulator, and bar/lounge area, making it an ideal home for entertaining. This multi-year project required exceptional project management to ensure that the final product met our clients’ expectations.
