This townhome was built in the 1980s and was outdated. Clients requests were light and bright, a nod to Scandinavian design, pops of color and a bit of Vermont Vernacular.
Embracing the natural elements of this circa 1960’s Condo development in Stowe Vermont was a priority for our clients.
Nestled only minutes away from Stowe Ski Resort, this beautiful project was only possible by completely gutting the existing townhouse and starting over.
Our clients on this project were looking to spend more time in their condo in Warren, VT and hired us to expand it out and up three stories to allow for more useful room and functional space.
We teamed up with the architect and local craftsmen to conceptualize and build some very custom and unique features throughout this 1000sf unit.
