This Shelburne Bay home underwent a comprehensive renovation, transforming it from a dated structure into a modern and inviting space. The renovation involved gutting the house down to the studs, allowing for a fresh start and significant improvements. All windows and doors were replaced, the shell was re-insulated with high performance in mind, and a new roof, exterior trim, and siding were installed, giving the house a fresh new look.

The interior also underwent substantial renovations, including the installation of new bathrooms, a new gym, as well as flooring and drywall throughout. An existing load-bearing wall in the kitchen was removed, and structural steel was installed to create a more open and spacious layout. New heating and cooling systems were installed to ensure optimal comfort.

The unfinished area above the garage was transformed into a fully equipped two-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU), providing additional living space. One bay of the garage was extended to accommodate a boat, maximizing the garage’s storage capacity.
